Bhopal Gas Tragedy, A Comment On Supreme Court's 1996, Verdict.

If according to Supreme Court, the verdict against the seven accused in Bhopal Gas Tragedy is under section 304-A of I.P.C.,  i.e. Causing death by negligence.--Whoever causes the death of any person by doing any rash or negligent act not amounting to culpable homicide, with only 2 years of imprisonment and not under I.P.C.'s section 304 of culpable homicide, then Ajmal Kasab is innocent and should be freed.


What a shame, on the part of Indian Judiciary System.


And I have not covered Mr. Warren Anderson, and the other 2 foreign accused(both are companies) here. And also I have not talked about the compensation Issue here, which I will cover in my next post, after a few more reading and research.
